Warming Holding Cabinet

The Warming Holding Cabinet is built with internal stainless steel 304 food-grade material and features upper and lower thermal radiation heating, with independently adjustable temperature and dual timers for each layer. Its pass-through structure allows operation from both the front and back sides, making it ideal for efficient back-of-house workflows. Optional IoT function: Temperature controller with RS-485 communication interface supports IoT monitoring — read the temperature of each layer, set high/low temperature alarm values, and configure heating timeout alarms.
