Product Description
The Ottoman OTX-ABM Automatic Breading Station brings dipping, breading and tray loading together in one preparation station for fried chicken restaurants. Its special spiral brush sifts clumped flour and collects sifted flour and lumps in separate compartments. A marinated chicken pan, removable draining basket and sloped shelf help organise an efficient preparation workflow before frying.
