The commercial griddles are available in both electric and gas models, offering a choice of flat, full grooved, or half flat half grooved cooking surfaces to accommodate the diverse culinary requirements of various ingredients. Baking pans are available in various types to choose from, including those with non-stick coatings and those made of enamel. The griddle plate has a standard thickness of 8mm, while the surrounding rim has a standard thickness of 1mm. The heating element is made of pure copper and is designed to withstand dry-firing.
