Product Description
The Ottoman Dual-Lift Schnitzel Fryer features a wide, shallow tank for evenly cooking schnitzel, chicken and similar foods. Its dual automatic lift system and programmable digital controls allow cooking temperature and time to be set for each product. Heating elements embedded in the plate distribute heat evenly without direct contact with the oil. The flat base simplifies cleaning. Frying, grilling and dough-frying functions accommodate varied menus, while optional automatic oil filtration supports daily operation.
