HOT CHOCOLATE & SALEP MACHINE

A 10-liter countertop hot beverage dispenser designed to keep beverages such as salep, hot chocolate, soup, tea, coffee, milk, and other hot drinks warm using the BAIN-MARIE method, while ensuring homogeneous, lump-free mixing and dispensing. Thanks to its specially designed BAIN-MARIE heating system, beverages do not thicken excessively or stick to the bottom of the tank. All metal components are manufactured from high-quality stainless steel. The continuously rotating mixing paddle maintains a smooth consistency and prevents lumps from forming. The water level in the BAIN-MARIE system can be monitored from outside the housing. The closed-circuit BAIN-MARIE water heating system prevents steam loss, maintains the water level for extended periods, and helps prevent limescale buildup on the heating element. If the machine operates without water, an external warning light illuminates to indicate that water must be added. If a thickened beverage becomes difficult to dispense through the tap, the issue can be resolved using the built-in unclogging pin. For optimal cleanliness and hygiene, all parts in contact with the beverage are easily accessible and can be cleaned quickly. The BAIN-MARIE boiler is independent of the outer housing, helping prevent burns from contact with the heated boiler and minimizing heat loss. The level indicator on the drip tray makes it easy to identify when the waste water needs to be emptied before the tray overflows.
