The refrigerated models (22DSS series) of the series preserve your cakes and desserts in their first-day freshness with an ideal performance between +2°C and +12°C. The heated models (22DSI series) operate between +40°C and +60°C, keeping your hot pastries and baked goods ready to serve; these models also have the flexibility to be operated neutrally (at room temperature) upon request. Its inner and outer body made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, curved aesthetic glass structure, polyethylene plated shelves, and standard LED lighting that enhances product visibility elevate your business's presentation quality to the top. Thanks to the digital control panel, flawless temperature management is provided in both versions.
