Performance Technical is a family company established in 2003 with the aim of producing high heat resistant cordierite – mullite based ceramic materials. Since its establishment, in line with customer demands; many different forms of production have been made such as Kordierite – mullite ceramic oven plates, pizza stones developed for industrial bread and pizza ovens, pizza stones for electric home ovens, pizza stones for barbecue ovens, resistance carrier stones with electrical properties, radiant stones, roller oven bricks, gas biscuit oven bricks and still serve these sectors. We have Food Contact Compliance, Reach and Rohs certificates for all our oven and pizza stones in our production range. It is a company with the knowledge, experience and equipment to develop and produce technical ceramic materials in every form that the industry may need.
