Ateşe Makine started its R&D activities with TÜBİTAK in 2002, developed its products, and began mass production in 2005. As a result of the studies conducted in collaboration with TÜBİTAK, water, gas, and electricity were brought under control using smart software; workplace safety was maximized with the use of high-quality, innovative, and environmentally friendly high-tech materials. Additionally, the float system was removed, and water usage was controlled via smart software (sensor system). By providing companies and end-users with energy savings of 40% to 50%, this boiler has become a cost-effective solution. Over the last 20+ years, four generations of products have been developed, clearly demonstrating differences in design and software systems. Thanks to years of experience, our new-generation machines add value to tea, are programmable 24/7, and stand out with their ergonomic and eco-friendly features. In addition to new-generation tea machines, cup warmers, water heaters, and sand coffee machines have been added to our product range. The machines are designed to align with architectural decoration preferences, eliminating concerns about aesthetics for businesses. They have become more preferred in service areas where customers are present—such as factories, public institutions, hotels, restaurants, patisseries, brasseries, cafés, bars, and tea houses. Water Temperature & Tea Brewing Water temperature plays a crucial role in tea’s taste, extract, and other characteristic properties. If the desired temperature is not reached, the tea cannot deliver its aroma, taste, and flavor. Our Smartplus, Smart, and Digital control software systems manage essential brewing parameters in the best way, including water temperature and brewing time. Smart Water Control System With the smart water control system, our machines operate using tap water or bottled water via a pump. When water supply is cut off or the bottled water runs out, the system detects it, cuts off power, stops the machine, and switches to protection mode. This significantly enhances workplace safety. Eco-Friendly & Safe Machines Our machines are eco-friendly, compliant with hygiene standards and EU regulations, and hold CE certification, prioritizing workplace safety and human health. With porcelain wool blanket insulation resistant to 1300°C, heat loss is prevented, contributing to energy savings. The system features a conductor regulating electricity and a leakage circuit breaker, ensuring safety. Thanks to all these innovations, our machines consume 40-50% less energy compared to others in the market. Ergonomic & Innovative Design Our machines feature a new ergonomic design with a seamless monoblock water tank, making them unique in the sector. This tank is durable, trouble-free, and easy to maintain. During cleaning, it can be connected to the drain via a valve, simplifying operation. New-Generation Model In our new-generation model, top teapots have been removed, and an internally infused ‘mobile tea cart’ model has been specially designed for industrial use. This model allows four people to be served tea simultaneously, greatly facilitating shift personnel. With a structure that prevents excessive boiling and maintains the quality of the brewing chamber, it offers high workplace safety against potential accidents.
