Founded in 1890, Atalay is the first and longest-established company in Türkiye’s commercial kitchen equipment industry. Atalay began its manufacturing journey with copper trays, cauldrons and cookware, many of which are still preserved in homes today as antique pieces carrying the legacy of the company’s early years. The company continued to expand its manufacturing capabilities, moving into aluminium production in the 1970s and stainless steel production in the 1980s.
