Camshelving® GN Food Pan Trolleys

The Food Pan Trolley has a lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion; every part is replaceable. Composite rails accept pans from a 392˚F (200°C) oven and accomodate pan depths 2 1/2\" to 8\"; bottom rail set holds 6,5 cm pan depth only. GN 1/1 Trolleys hold up to 40 lbs. per rail set and GN 2/1 Trolleys hold up to 80 lbs. per rail set. Full Size unit maximum weight bearing is 750 lbs. per unit and half size is 375 lbs. Wide 3\" rail spacing offers the greatest versatility and ease of use, with 0.12\" pan stops at each end of the rails to provide stability. Designed with a top frame that accepts food pans to protect contents below and total locking 5\" casters . The Food Pan Trolley has NSF listed components and is impervious to food acids or harsh chemicals.
